IMTC Board of Directors

Elections for the Board of Directors are held annually. Board members are elected for a 2 year term. Any voting member may nominate, or be nominated for board membership. The Board of Directors meets monthly. Several times a year face to face board meetings are scheduled. All other meetings are held by teleconference. Officers are elected by the Board of Directors in November. Officers include: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
